St. Agnes & Sacred Heart Discipleship Leaders

"Christian hope sustains us in committing ourselves fully to the new evangelization and to the worldwide mission, and leads us to pray as Jesus taught us: “Thy Kingdom come. Thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” – Saint John Paul II

The mission of faith formation at St. Agnes & Sacred Heart is to help our parishioners experience an encounter with the person of Jesus Christ, to grow in knowledge of him, and to surrender to him more deeply.  We seek to accompany others in nurturing an ongoing conversion to Christ and His Church.

St. Agnes & Sacred Heart offers discipleship leader training which includes one in person session and two training workshops to be completed by January 1, 2022. There is an optional retreat opportunity in January (see details below). St. Agnes hosts an annual Catechist & Volunteer Appreciation Dinner in June.

*All leaders and volunteers working with youth must be complete Safe Environment Training and certification which includes youth protection training and background check.
